As a FINSYNC user, you have access to our support team during Springboard and if you need assistance. Sometimes it's easier to discuss an issue when the FINSYNC support team can see what you are looking at.
Note: You can revoke Customer Support's access to your profile at any time.
Enabling direct support from FINSYNC is easy, follow these steps:
1) Login to FINSYNC.
2) Click the Quick Links icon in the top right of the app.
3) Under "Manage" click "User Access" and the Account Sharing page opens.
4) Click "Invite User" in the top right.
5) Choose "Customer Support."
6) Click "OK."
Note: You may revoke support access at any time. You can do this by editing the Customer Support user's access like you would with any other administrative user.
